The Building

An 1890s bank, restored.

The Drayton Hotel resides in the historic American Bank and Trust Company building at the corner of Drayton and East Bay Streets. One of Savannah's oldest buildings, dating from the 1890s, it was carefully restored to embrace its 19th-century Victorian exterior and neighborhood charm. Pendant is the jewel of the hotel, sitting right at the very top.

For over a century, this corner has stood at the center of Savannah's commerce and culture. Today it holds something newer: a rooftop with the best seat in the Historic District.

The Rooftop

The best seat in the Historic District.

Pendant sits at the top of The Drayton Hotel, framed by panoramic views of City Hall's gold dome, the Historic District, and the Savannah River. Indoor and outdoor seating means every visit can take its own shape - with a seat inside at the bar or an umbrella-covered spot on the terrace, and the view never leaves.

The Bar

Small plates, cocktails, beer and wine.

A curated selection of shareable small plates, craft cocktails, and a thoughtfully chosen lineup of beer and wine, all made to be ordered across the table while the ships drift past on the river. See the full menus.

The Feel

Relaxed elegance, high above Drayton Street.

Bright by afternoon, golden by evening. Come in from the square dressed up or exactly as you are because the room welcomes both. Stay for one drink or a long dinner, and let the sunsets over the gold dome be the nightly show.
